In particular I focus on improving Emotional Intelligence (I’m certified to administer and coach on the Bar-On EQ-i Assessment Instrument) and the development of practical skills that entry level managers need such as Coaching, Counseling, Praise, Criticism and Empowerment. Each of these skill trainings consistes of face to face training rich in small group work and practice.
